The Official 2006 Summer GG Rules & Regulations
No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per person. No reproduced entries allowed. To enter and/or subscribe, complete your official entry form according to published directions. Entries must be received by 8/30/06, winners will be selected in a random drawing by an independent agency on or about 9/30/2006. Decisions of the judges of the independent agency are final in all matters regarding this gear giveaway. Sponsors assume no responsibility for damaged, illegible, late or incomplete entries. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to complete and return affidavit of eligibility or alternate will be selected. All decisions will be final. Odds of winning dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes offered except due to availability, then a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Open to all, legal permanent residents of the U.S., 18 years or older except for the employees and the immediate family members of ADventure, LLC and participating manufacturers/sponsors. Offer valid in USA only. Void in NY, RI, FL, CO, AZ, IL, MD & all foreign countries. All federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners will be notified by mail or email and may be required to complete and return affidavit of eligibility or additional waivers or releases, or alternate winner(s) will be selected. All decisions will be final. Winners release sponsors from liability connected with the use of prize and also release the use of their names for publicity without further compensation except where prohibited. Some accessories shown with products are not included. All entries become the property of ADventure, LLC and will not be returned. Prizes must be claimed within one year of drawing.
